Private hire, school runs and PSV compliance
on one system.
Quoting, bookings, driver allocation, vehicle checks and O-licence evidence — built on the compliance engine we already run for HGV fleets.
We've lived this.
PSV work has two halves that never talk to each other: winning the job, and proving you were legal doing it.
Private hire quotes are worked out by hand in the evening, and the good ones go cold before you send them.
School contracts, private hire and rail replacement all live in different diaries, and double-booking a vehicle only shows up on the morning.
Driver allocation is a whiteboard. Nobody can see at a glance who is out of hours, who has a licence expiring, or who is DBS-cleared for school work.
When the Traffic Commissioner asks for maintenance and inspection records, someone spends two days in a filing cabinet.
What we'd build for you
Quote, book and allocate
Instant private-hire quotes off your own mileage and vehicle rates, an online booking form your regulars can use, deposits taken up front, and a vehicle diary that will not let you double-book.
PSV compliance evidence
Driver walkaround checks with defect reporting, safety inspection and PMI scheduling with due-date alerts, and a full audit trail ready for a Traffic Commissioner request.
Driver fitness gating
Licence, CPC, medical and DBS expiry tracked per driver, with dispatch blocked before an unfit driver is allocated to a school run. Not a warning email nobody reads — a gate.
Driver app for PSV work
Run sheets, passenger lists, walkaround checks and defect photos on the driver's phone, offline-first so it works in a depot basement or a rural dead spot.
Real numbers,
not a pitch deck.
Fixed prices.
No surprises.
Your brand, your domain, your app-store accounts.
6–12 weeks, scoped around your contracts and your fleet mix.
Checks, inspections and driver fitness, bolted onto what you already run.
Verifiable, not aspirational.
Honest answers.
Where we're genuinely uncertain we say so — and we ship a working spike in 2 weeks for you to test before you commit.
We do school contracts, private hire and rail replacement. Can one system handle all three?+
Yes — they are the same underlying job with different rules attached. School work carries DBS and safeguarding requirements, rail replacement is short-notice and high-volume, private hire is quote-led. One diary, one fleet, different rule sets per contract type.
Does it handle drivers' hours for PSV?+
The engine reads tachograph data and applies drivers' hours and working-time rules, which is what we already run for HGV fleets. PSV work has its own mix of rules depending on the service, so we scope exactly which apply to your operation before we build — we would rather ask than assume.
What about accessibility requirements on coaches?+
We track accessibility specification and any exemption paperwork per vehicle, so the right vehicle is allocated to the right job and the evidence is there if asked. We do not advise on whether your fleet complies — that is your transport manager's call and your solicitor's.
Can we keep taking bookings by phone?+
Yes, and most operators should. The office keeps the phone; the system is what the office types into. The online form is for regulars who would rather not ring.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. Tell us your contract mix and fleet size and we will tell you what we would build and what it costs.
